SUMMARY:
Our client is currently looking for a well-rounded PR & Marketing Communications Manager to manage the organizations’ s brand. Strong background in PR and media relations

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Public Relations and Media management
Research and write press releases
Coordinate and write as well as distribute clear and concise media releases; feature stories, opinion articles and advertorials
Develop media contacts with journalists, bloggers and producers
Marketing and promotion with a view to increasing ROI
Plan publicity strategies and PR campaigns
Design, write and produce presentations, press releases, articles, leaflets “in-house” journals, reports, publicity brochures, web content and promotional videos
Copywriting for blogs, webPR and listings
Social content for social feeds and advertising
Coordination, planning and establishment of Social Responsibility plans
Ensure proactive measures of communication are in place in any situations of emergency

Experience:

Strong background in PR and Media relations
Knowledge and understanding of requirements for developing and implementing online content, including SEO (search engine optimisation)
Knowledge and understanding of good graphic design principles, creative direction and conceptual thinking

Qualifications:

Degree in Marketing/ Brand Management
Additional qualification in Journalism beneficial
Min. 3 years'' experience in brand management and marketing in hospitality, events and tourism sector
