The Role: PPC Specialist
As PPC Specialist, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of all paid media campaigns, driving qualified leads for the company’s revenue-based finance product. You’ll collaborate with the marketing and data teams to optimise performance, analyse results, and constantly test and iterate. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who loves metrics, experimentation, and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities

Build, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads.

Monitor performance and ROI daily, using a test-and-learn approach.

Develop and refine bidding strategies and budget allocations.

Set up accurate tracking via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

Produce detailed performance reports and campaign insights.

Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing on strategy.

Explore and test additional paid channels (e.g. Bing, Meta, LinkedIn).

Contribute additional marketing skills such as email automation or short-form video content.
About You

3+ years’ experience managing PPC campaigns (especially Google Ads).

Deep knowledge of analytics, conversion tracking, and performance optimisation.

Confident with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and lead tracking.

Detail-oriented and data-driven with a strong analytical mindset.

Passion for digital advertising and continuous improvement.

Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools (bonus).

Knowledge of other paid platforms like Bing, LinkedIn, or Meta (bonus).

Creative flair for email marketing or video content creation (bonus).

Strong communicator with a collaborative approach.

Comfortable working 9–5 UK hours in a hybrid Cape Town office (3 days/week).
