PLAAS VOORMAN (FARM FOREMAN)

Location: Free State
Salary: R20 000 – R30 000 (Experience dependent)

Our client in the Milling & Animal Feed industry is seeking a knowledgeable and dependable Farm Foreman to oversee operations within a mixed farming environment. If you have strong mechanical skills and a genuine passion for agriculture, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in:

  • Daily farm operations

  • Cattle herd management

  • Maize and pasture production under irrigation

  • General maintenance of farm equipment

  • Fire prevention and fire management

  • Additional farm-related duties as required

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Valid driver’s license

• Proven staff supervision and team management experience

• Practical, hands-on approach to routine farm maintenance
