Job Description:
A pharmacy is looking for a reliable and friendly Pharmacy Assistant to join the team. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and customer-focused, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced pharmacy environment. Are comfortable handling cashier duties, stock control, and computer-based ordering, and communicate confidently with customers and suppliers both in person and over the phone. Highly organised and detail-oriented, take pride in accuracy, teamwork, and delivering excellent service. Pharmacy or retail experience is an advantage, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Operating the till and assisting customers at the cashier
• Checking, receiving, and capturing stock
• Providing excellent customer service in-store and telephonically
• Placing orders on the computer and following up with wholesalers
• Handling general pharmacy and administrative duties as required

• Good communication skills
• Comfortable working with computers and systems
• Strong customer service focus
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Previous pharmacy or retail experience will be advantageous
