We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to a senior executive. The role requires a discreet, organised individual who can manage a demanding schedule, handle sensitive information, and proactively support both corporate and occasional personal arrangements to ensure the executive’s day runs efficiently.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Personal Assistant or senior secretarial role supporting executives
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Tertiary qualification or relevant post-matric qualification (advantageous)
• Experience managing diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence
• Ability to prepare reports, documents, and presentations
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
