SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Pastry Commis Chef to support the kitchen team in preparing high-quality pastry and dessert items. This role involves assisting senior chefs, maintaining kitchen standards, and ensuring every dish delights guests.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Grade 12 plus a Chef Certificate or Diploma.
1–2 years’ experience as a Commis Chef, preferably in 5-star restaurants.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional attitude and ability to work well across departments.
Attention to detail, efficiency, and ability to work under pressure.
Self-disciplined, reliable, and proactive in the kitchen.
