PAM 19430 - 2 x Internal Sales Representative (HVAC) – Cape Town & East Rand

Your duties will encompass:
•Assist walk-in and call-in customers and accurately identify their product requirements.
•Promote and sell the company’s refrigeration and air conditioning product range.
•Provide customers with product, service, and warranty information.
•Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.
•Stay informed of market trends and competitor activities.
•Support branch sales targets and overall branch performance.
•Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately.
