PAM 17833 - Accounts Clerk (Freight) – East Rand

Your duties will encompass:

• Creditors and Debtors both local and Foreign
• Accurately input financial data into accounting software, including invoices, receipts, and expenses.
• Assist in the accounts payable process by verifying and processing invoices, ensuring timely payments to suppliers and maintaining accurate records.
• Help manage accounts receivable by preparing and sending invoices to customers, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
• Reconcile bank statements with the company’s financial records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing basic financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets, by gathering and organizing financial data.
