SUMMARY:
Mix and accurately colour-match automotive and light industrial paints using computerised formulation systems in a high-volume environment.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience as a Paint Mixer / Colour Matcher
Automotive paint mixing and colour matching essential
Strong knowledge of automotive paint systems and binder systems
Light industrial paint experience advantageous
Experience with computerised paint formulation/mixing systems
Excellent eye for colour and ability to accurately match customer samples
Able to work accurately under pressure in a high-volume environment
Strong attention to detail and quality
Good communication and customer service skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
