Our client in the grain milling industry is seeking an experienced Packaging Manager to join their team in Bloemfontein. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and structured professional with strong leadership skills and extensive packaging experience within a milling environment.

Requirements:
• National Senior Certificate or equivalent to NQF4
• Relevant qualification in Packaging or Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience
• Minimum 5 years extensive packaging experience in the grain milling industry
• Knowledge of operating and fault-finding on automated packaging machines and robotics
• Good computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and own transport

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing ISO 22000 and HACCP standards
• Preventative maintenance planning (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Production and logistics planning
• Optimising packaging processes through effective employee and machine management
• Ensuring packaging standards meet company and customer expectations
• Inventory management of final products and packaging materials
• Achieving packaging targets and operational efficiency
