SUMMARY:
PERSONAL ASSISTANT NEEDED FOR A LAW FIRM IN THE CBD OF CAPE TOWN

Salary will depend on experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
  • Matric is essential
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Legal/Deceased Estates/Fidicuity/Financial Services environment
  • Must have experience working with clients and excellent communication skills
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Honesty, integrity, accountability and responsibility of the highest order
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Fluency and proficiency in English is essential
  • Client relationship and service-orientated attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Experience of and familiarity with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Interest and desire for continuous learning
