SUMMARY:
PA / Administrator - George, Western Cape
POSITION INFO:
Our client is seeking a proactive PA/Administrator to join their team in George, Western Cape.
Responsibilities:
- Reception duties
- Providing PA support to the director
- Preparing quotations and invoicing
- Ordering stock items
- Following up on invoice payments
Minimum Requirements:- Grade 12 certificate
- Proven experience as a PA is essential
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
- Reliable transport to and from work
Salary: R12,000 Basic per Month
Office Hours: Half day position - Monday to Friday, 12:30 to 16:30
