PA & Afternoon Au Pair

SUMMARY:
We're looking for a reliable, organised individual to manage school runs, homework support, and afternoon childcare for a family in Skaapkraal, while also assisting the homeowner and director of the company with personal admin and calendar management.

POSITION INFO:
Location: Thornton & Skaapkraal, Cape Town (school runs to Curro, Century City)
Salary: Market related

Key Requirements:

• Own reliable vehicle (use of a family car may be considered); valid driver's license
• Mileage reimbursed at AA rates
• Previous experience as an Au Pair, PA, or in a similar childcare/household support role
• Comfortable working with children of varying ages (7-year-old plus two older children)
• Excellent memory and attention to detail; highly organised
• Trustworthy, mature, and discreet
• Strong communication and time-management skills

• Perform morning school runs (Curro, Century City)
• Collect children from school in the afternoons
• Assist with and supervise homework
• Carry out general Au Pair duties for the children
• Provide PA support to the homeowner, including running and managing the household calendar
• Handle general administrative duties as required
• Assist with light household tasks and act as an extra pair of hands around the home
• Keep track of and remember day-to-day tasks, appointments, and reminders on behalf of the family
