Outbound Sales Consultant

SUMMARY:
Outbound Sales Consultant One of our clients a leading Insurance company is looking to appoint an Outbound Sales Consultant for their KZN division.

POSITION INFO:

The purpose of this role is to conduct outbound policy sales. Initiate the customer relationship and meet various KPIs. Connect with the customer, conduct needs analysis and propose customer solutions. The consultant requires a solid knowledge of products and the market, with a focus on growing the company brand.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships by calling customers to offer new products
• Customer Relationship Management CRM
• Influence the customer to purchase the best benefits and solutions to meet their needs by following a complex multi-level sales script
• Performance management by  prioritizing and optimizing own workflow to achieve sales targets
• Identify potential customers by obtaining referrals and recommendations
• Operational compliance by following company policies and procedures
• Participate in assessment and development planning activities, keeping abreast of industry best practices, products and regulations

Education and Experience

• SAQA Accredited Qualification/ Equivalent (120 FAIS credits)
• NQF 5 Wealth Management (advantage)
• RE 5
• 2 years’ experience telephonic sales
• Avaya telephonic system (advantage)

This role will suit a target driven sales consultant who is fluent in English, or Afrikaans (1st language). Salary is negotiable in line with qualifications and experience plus commission.
