Duties & Responsibilities

• Engage with clients over the phone to promote and sell our products.
• Build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
• Accurately capture customer information and process applications.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills.
• Collaborate with the team to contribute to a positive and energetic work environment.

Experience & Qualifications

• Matric certificate (essential).
• Valid South African ID (essential).
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• A positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
• Previous experience in sales or a call centre environment is an advantage.
• Ability to travel to our Amanzimtoti office daily.
