We are searching for an Outbound Sales professional to join our fun, fast-paced, growing team and take on full responsibility for converting sales leads into loyal customers.

Outbound Sales duties and responsibilities

• Attend networking events, industry events to generate leads (Covid permitting).
• Contact prospective customers by both telephone and email, set-up regular calls/visits to build on-going relationships.
• Conduct Market Research to develop warm leads
• Vet lead lists for warm and cold leads
• Identify prospects that fit the target demographic – including channel partners.
• Use in-depth product knowledge to showcase the solutions that the business can offer to prospects
• Up-sell and cross-sell additional products and solutions as need arises
• Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects
• Report weekly sales goals and objectives to business leaders.
• Negotiate price with clients who are interested in making bulk orders (incl. Channel partners).
• Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied with products and service levels, and request referrals
• Attend trainings/industry events to stay up to date with the specifications of new products, service offerings and industry trends.

Outbound Sales requirements and qualifications

• Previous working experience as an Outbound Sales professional for (3+) years in the IT sector.
• University degree in Finance, Marketing or similar relevant field would be preferable.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Networking aptitude
• Fearless attitude and a hunter mentality to meet and exceed expectations.
• A committed team player.
• Must be passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences !
