POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

• Aging Stock Management - ensuring no aging stock more than 7 days
• Cost Management - Overtime, Nightshift Approval, Cost Analysis and Management
• Daily Queries - Attending Daily Queries and Ensuring Feedback provided within the given timeline
• Delivery Management
• Error Management
• Failed Delivery Management
• GI Management
• Inventory Management - Attending Monthly Counts and Reports (Monthly)
• Irregular Management
• Item Management
• KPI Management - Weekly Report: KPI Management: Following up on Failures
• Pending Management - Attending the pending IOD shipment (GI status more than a week) which causes Settlement Delay on a weekly basis and sharing the results among members
• POD Management - KPI Management on POD checks and sending Check Results (
• Report - Monthly Report: Outbound Volume and Cost
• Customer service delivery and customer orientated

Qualifications and Experience:

• Matric,
• Preferably - Completed 3 year Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, transport
• Minimum 1 to 3 years similar Outbound Logistics experience
• Must be Flexible on working hours
• Own transport and Drivers licence
• Competent on MS Office Suite
• Working experience on logistics systems.
• Effective Communication skills
