Duties & Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers and present our financial products
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle objections professionally and effectively
• Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times
• Ensure quality and compliance on every call
• Build strong product knowledge through ongoing training
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

Experience & Qualifications

✔ Matric / NQF Level 4 (required)
✔ Must reside in KwaZulu Natal, Durban
✔ Minimum 6 months call centre sales experience (MUST)
✔ Strong communication & listening skills
✔ Target-driven, reliable, and self-motivated
✔ Ability to learn and understand product offerings quickly
