POSITION INFO:
In this pivotal role, you will onboard and maintain larger mass market clients, ensuring an exceptional end-to-end client experience while continuously consulting them to identify up-sell opportunities and becoming their trusted business advisor.

Duties will include:

Delivering a seamless end-to-end client experience through strong relationship building, high-value engagements, and strategic consultation
Taking full ownership of the assigned client base, including onboarding, product training, and ongoing client success across multiple channels (in-person, telephonic, digital)
Analysing client data to enhance product usage, drive change management, and identify opportunities for growth and retention
Recording detailed CRM notes and all client queries on the SD+ platform
Collaborating with New Business Consultants to ensure regional growth, profitable conversion, and long-term client satisfaction

Job Requirements: Qualifications, Skills and Experience

National Senior Certificate (Matric); a relevant tertiary qualification is preferred
5+ years’ client service experience in both the healthcare and information technology sectors
2+ years training clients on software products
2+ years upselling products and services to existing clients
Sound knowledge of the South African private medical industry and medical practices is highly advantageous
Proficiency in English; strong communication, negotiation, and change management skills essential
Demonstrated ability to self-manage, plan effectively, and collaborate within a high-performance team

The proposed salary for the role is R36k - R39k per month, but the option remains with the client to offer any market related salary considering the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
