JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role:	Organisational Effectiveness Specialist
Rate:	Market Related
Start Date:	As Soon As Possible
Reports to:	Head of Human Resources
Location:	Johannesburg

Job Purpose:

Responsible for the strategic and operational effectiveness of the HR Centre of Excellence function within the organisation. Should ensure the continuous conceptualisation of innovative and best practice HR solutions that are required to address the business needs as outlined in the organisation business strategy.

Minimum Requirements:

Post-Graduate Degree in Human Resources Management / Organisational Psychology.
Specialist experience of Talent Management, Remuneration and Benefits, Change Management, Performance Management, and Learning and Development.
Strong Project management and Human Resources Service Delivery Expertise.
