Orders Admin Assistant

SUMMARY:
ORDERS ADMINISTRATOR (FMCG)
KZN MIDLANDS 

The primary focus of this role will be admin tasks relating to orders and the reporting of shorts.  
THIS ROLE REQUIRES WORK ON WEEKENDS ON ROTATION AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

POSITION INFO:
The incumbent will assist with admin to ensure that the right information can be shared with the relevant teams to allow them to plan adequately. Ensuring accuracy of information is essential as mistakes will cost the company money, time and possibly reputational damage.

- Create and distribute purchase orders from delivery notes.
- Capture Customer shorts and distribute report.
- Capturing and printing of staff sales.
- Gather info and document retrieval of vendor packs 
- Capturing sales orders to process to Accounts Receivable invoice.
- Monitoring stock levels for invoice.
- General admin work as required.

Excellent Excel skills are essential
Tertiary qualification and SAP experience an advantage.
