With a strong reputation for reliability, craftsmanship, and professional service, they support a wide range of building projects across the region and we are looking for an Ordering Clerk based in Western Cape, outside Durbanville.

POSITION INFO:
Overview
Our Client is seeking an Ordering Clerk who can think on their feet, remain calm under pressure, and manage fast-paced order coordination. The role involves daily interaction with customers and sales representatives, and experience in a related industry will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process orders telephonically and via email
• Plan and coordinate the daily order schedule in a high-pressure environment
• Maintain efficient communication with clients and representatives
• Ensure accurate administrative processing of orders

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Computer literate
• Strong organisational and adaptability skills
• Excellent communication skills via telephone and email
• Fully bilingual: Afrikaans & English (spoken and written)
• Own reliable transport (essential)
• Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays when required
• Strong work ethic and sober habits
