POSITION INFO:

Order Fulfilment Manager (On-line Retail) – Cape Town

We are currently recruiting for an Order Fulfilment Manager. Our client is a leading Retail Group and is looking to reward suitably qualified and experienced retail supply chain Professional with an exciting career opportunity.

You will ensure the online commerce / e-commerce customer experience is optimal by focusing on stakeholder management and engagement whilst constantly managing costs, performance and customer expectation.

You will satisfy the following criteria:

• Matric with mathematics
• Degree in Logistics/Operations Management/ Supply Chain Management / Engineering or Business/Commerce
• Must have at least 3 years’ experience within an Online Retail (Fashion/Clothing) environment
• A practical grasp of the logistics related operations of the retail industry
• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience in supply chain management
• Previous experience in order fulfilment (non negotiable)
• Previous change management experience
• Experience in liaising with stakeholders at a senior level
• Knowledge of the legal requirements of operating a warehouse
• Online commerce pick and pack customer order knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Fluent in English and at least one other South African language).

Location: Successful incumbent will primarily be based in Cape Town (Northern Suburbs)
