Order Controller

Responsibilities:

• Calculations of sizes for orders based on given information
• Placing of orders for products from suppliers
• Calculations of optimization per project
• Capture given information accurately and analyse output data as required
• Handling correspondence between suppliers and company to ensure operations run smoothly

 
Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the aluminium windows and doors industry
• Matric certificate
• Knowledge and experience of Wispeco Aluminium profiles and standards
• Experience working on Wispeco Software
• Knowledge of AAAMSA’s glass manufacturers sizes, dimensions, and calculations as well as standards
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) and Starfront
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English
