SUMMARY:
Order Controller - Northern Suburbs
Our client specializes in the designing, manufacturing, and installation of aluminium products to various industries. They require the skillset of an Order Controller to join their team in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within an aluminium manufacturing environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Calculations of sizes for orders based on given information
Placing of orders for products from suppliers
Calculations of optimization per project
Capture given information accurately and analyse output data as required
Handling correspondence between suppliers and company to ensure operations run smoothly

Experience and Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the aluminium windows and doors industry
Matric certificate
Knowledge and experience of Wispeco Aluminium profiles and standards
Experience working on Wispeco Software
Knowledge of AAAMSA’s glass manufacturers sizes, dimensions, and calculations as well as standards
Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) and Starfront
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English
