Minimum requirements
- Matric
- National Diploma in Optical Dispensing or Diploma in Opticianry
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle
- Minimum of 2 years' working experience in a similar role
- Minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing or retail role
- Computer literate
- Proficiency in optical software, Calico Cloud (preferred)
- Committed to continuous learning and customer satisfaction

Duties and responsibilities
- Customer service and sales support
- Order management and administration
- Contact lens management
- Invoicing and payment processing
- Appointment scheduling and reception duties
- Reports, follow-ups and recall
- Store operations and housekeeping
- Professional conduct and continuous learning
- Audiology support (where applicable)
Work hours
Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 17:00
Every 2nd Saturday: 09:00 - 13:00
Remuneration
R 10 000 + incentive (depending on performance of the branch)
