Operations stores and Warehousing Manger

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and warehousing duties.

Duties Include:

• Forecasting
• Projects & costing
• Stock counts & Audit
• SAP part naming description
• Management of stock level
• Forecasting required levels
• Weekly meeting
• Analysis of stock
• Analysis of DM allocation report
• Audits
• Stock Counts
• Version Control
• Projects
• Allocations to service providers
• Manage the warehouse and stores in compliance with the company’s polices
• Oversee the receiving, warehousing and distribution of devices and spares
• Produce reports and statistics regularly
• Cost management
• Stock usage and deliveries
• Ensure new order and bags are placed from suppliers in time
• Monthly usage comparison
• Stock to 3rd party Repair centres
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security
• Escalation related to parts/logistics
• Repair centre/logistics
• Monthly usage versus dispatch report
• Monthly BDA bags dispatched report for billing

 The ideal candidate has the following

• Matric
• Diploma / Degree in Logistics and technical
• 5 years’ experience in stores and logistics industry
• 2 years’ management experience
• Advanced computer skills
• SAP proficiency
• Fork-lift license
