Operations Supervisor

Cape Town

R456,000 per annum (total cost to company)

As the Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily operations and supervision of the staff in the maintenance department. This will include sign-off and issue of COC’s, cost control, planning, logistics and continuous improvement. You will ensure compliance with policies and procedures and health and safety. In addition, you will manage the store’s function and ensure that minimum levels are maintained.

You will need to have matric and an Electrical qualification with a Wireman’s license.

The following experience is essential:

A minimum of 3 years experience in a management/supervisory
A minimum of 3 years experience in electrical installation and COC testing and sign-off.
Experience in general maintenance (plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.).
Operations Management qualification would be an advantage.
