SUMMARY:
A chemical / plastics manufacturing company requires the above to be responsible for handling all the administration / supply chain functions for the operations and production departments within the company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements for the role:

Previous experience having worked in an Administration / Supply Chain or related role is preferred for the role.
Computer literacy is essential with excellent working knowledge of Excel and Word.
The successful candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as time management, organisational and customer services skills.
Must have excellent telephone skills and polite telephone manner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Handling all administration / supply chain functions for the operations and production departments
Liaising with suppliers and customers.
Procuring products and various other consumables for the production / operations departments.
Coordinating and assisting the production and operations manager with all administration within the factory such as H&S etc.
Compiling reports.

Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
