SUMMARY:
A chemical / plastics manufacturing company requires the above to be responsible for handling all the administration / supply chain functions for the operations and production departments within the company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements for the role:
  • Previous experience having worked in an Administration / Supply Chain or related role is preferred for the role.
  • Computer literacy is essential with excellent working knowledge of Excel and Word.
  • The successful candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as time management, organisational and customer services skills.
  • Must have excellent telephone skills and polite telephone manner.
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Handling all administration / supply chain functions for the operations and production departments
  • Liaising with suppliers and customers.
  • Procuring products and various other consumables for the production / operations departments.
  • Coordinating and assisting the production and operations manager with all administration within the factory such as H&S etc.
  • Compiling reports.
Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
