Our client, an Insurance Risk Solutions Company, has a Permanent vacancy for an Operations Manager in the Life Department.
Strategy development for the effective operation of the insurance company. To manage the operational alignment and implementation of strategic objectives to support the bottom-line performance

Commercial degree (Finance/Accounting/Business Management/Risk Management/Economics/ Insurance)
Active Registration with FSCA with RE5 Certification

Must have RE 1 Certification as well
7-10 years’ experience in Senior Management Operations including but not limited to:

Insurance Value Chain
Strategy Development
UMA transaction structuring
Reinsurance
Leadership and Management Impact
Risk Management

Strategic development for the insurance company
Execution of the strategic objectives
Monitoring and Reporting on business performance
Specific focused reports
Manage stakeholder relationships
People management
Business acumen
Sales support
Proven effective leadership of a business unit
Advanced communication skills
Extensive Excel knowledge and experience
Lateral and critical thinking
Stakeholder relationship management
Financial management
People management
