JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is currently looking to employ an Operations Manager to join their team.
Primary focus will be on Marketing, Training, Budgeting, Overall Operations Plans and Activities for the company

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12 with a Degree
Minimum of 5 Years experience in a Managerial Role within the Milling or Food Systems
Must have excellent Marketing and Communication Strategy, Monitoring of Training Function, Development of student enrolement and memberships, Budget formulation and monitoring, Overall operational and administrative support, knowledge and experience
