Company seeking Operations Manager to join team in hybrid position

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Execute Operational plan
Optimise services (Productivity and quality)
Service Management
Manage operation team effectively to achieve goals by:
Planning production
Improving quality of deliverables
Training and developing
Recruitment of new team members
Building strong relationships
Motivating of team members
Quotations compiled for ad hoc or audit enhancements to current systems and special investigations.
Use project management skills to implement project plans
Co-Ordinate all hardware purchasing for internal and operational purposes
Manage client relationships

Requirements:

1-2 years’ Production Management experience in an IT Infrastructure environment
Management Experience
IT Infrastructure, Networks and/or Telecommunications experience
Basic knowledge of finance
Project management skills
