Position: Operations Manager

Location: Tygervalley, Cape Town

Description:

As Operations, the role will oversee the day-to-day sales operations ensuring alignment between sales strategies and operational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Process optimisation - streamlining sales process to increase efficiency.
Sales strategy development - creating and executing sales plans to meet targets.
Customer relationship management - maintaining and building relationships.
Collaboration - working cross functional departments.
Sales forecasting - predicting sales trends and adjusting strategies accordingly.
Reporting and analysis - providing sales performance reports and insights.
Performance analysis - tracking performance and identifying improvements.
Team management - leading, training and guiding teams.
Problem solving - resolving operational issues.
Financial targets - achieve monthly targets through active monitoring of activity ratios.

Essential Requirements:

Proven experience in sales operations or operations management
Experience working in a technology, electronics or security environment

Experience in sales forecasting and reporting
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure
Confident in process improvement and operational efficiency
Experience leading or supporting teams (people management)
