SUMMARY:

Cornubia. An innovative and fast-growing business within the health and wellness industry is seeking a driven, hands-on Operations Coordinator to join their energetic team. This role is ideal for someone with solid previous operations experience who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment and enjoys being actively involved in the day-to-day running of a business.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming orders via email and telephone

Process, prepare, and coordinate orders for same-day courier collection

Liaise with customers, handling enquiries professionally and efficiently

Raise and manage supplier invoices

Coordinate courier pickups and ensure on-time deliveries

Monitor and maintain accurate warehouse stock levels

Implement and manage electronic and manual filing systems

Provide hands-on warehouse and operational support

Ensure consistently high levels of customer satisfaction

Perform general administrative and operational duties as required

Requirements

Previous operations experience is essential

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Excellent computer skills, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Reliable transport is essential

Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy

Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills

Customer-focused, proactive, and solutions-driven

Able to work independently while following structured processes

Comfortable working in a warehouse and small-team environment

Willing to go the extra mile in a hands-on, support-focused role
