Operations Production Coordinator FMCG ( Meat Processing)
This role ensures yield improvement, cost reduction, and adherence to food safety and quality standards while leading continuous improvement initiatives across all abattoir operations.

POSITION INFO:

B-Tech or National Diploma in Environmental Health or related field.
Diploma in Production Management
Extensive experience in HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety compliance.
Proven track record in process optimization and yield improvement.
Experience in training facilitation and skills development programs.
Strategic operational management.
