SUMMARY:
Our Cape Town based client is a leading Freight Management and Logistics operator in South Africa. They are looking for an Operations Controller to handle both imports and exports.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

DUTIES:

Register files
Collect original documents from consignee
Track shipment
Ensure relevant documents are ready for clearance
Liaise with shipping lines and freight agents
Liaise with accounts department before releasing shipments
Process orders
Invoicing

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric
5+ years’ experience with air & sea
Import and export experience
Computer literate - Shipshape
