Operations Co-Ordinator

Role: Managing end to end flow of stock (From Logistics Plan to execution), and assisting with the administrative planning process (Stock Management,Pack Plans Formalization, Customer Programmes, Admintrasional Adhoc duties.

Main Duties/Key Results Areas: The Operations/ Export Coordinator is responsible for liaising between Logistics, Packhouses & coldstore facilities to ensure an efficient operational service is provided. Formalized stock allocations into loading instructions and communicate loading instructions with clearing agent team and loading points. Liaise with 3rd party Logistics and Documents team ensuring all information & documents are received within the designated time frame. Liaise between Suppliers, Forwarders and Agents to obtain up to date shipment information. Ensure customers/Commercial team are fully informed of the progress of their shipments. Providing support to Commercial team based in different origins Assist with the smooth operation and communication of administrative processes with rest of stakeholders Prepare Logistics Plan & Customer Order fulfilment Deal with operational issues that may arise during Loadout allocations Execute final loading instructions on LCL online and forward to clients and clearing agent Monitor vessel ETD, ATD, ETA and ATA's and follow up with previous week's shipments - Did we execute the plan for the previous weeks'

Requirements: Bachelors Degree with 1 – 2 Years’ demonstratable experience in an FMCG/Citrus/ Logistics/ Shipping environment; Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel NB!); Understanding of costings and basic logistical procedures advantageous; Export knowledge advantageous; Stock Management;

Computer Literacy: MS Office (Excel - Pivots, Data Analysis, Formulas), QX - Export system Driving Licence: Code B
