An exclusive 5-star game lodge is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations / Assistant General Manager to join their leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong operational expertise and a passion for delivering world-class guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day lodge operations, ensuring seamless guest service.
• Support the General Manager in managing all departments (front office, F&B, housekeeping, guides, and maintenance).
• Maintain exceptional 5-star service standards across the property.
• Drive staff training, motivation, and performance management.
• Monitor budgets, financial performance, and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Handle guest relations, resolve issues, and enhance the overall guest experience.
• Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ management experience in a 5-star lodge or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Solid financial and operational acumen.
• Ability to manage diverse teams in a remote lodge setting.
• Guest-focused, solutions-driven, and able to thrive under pressure.
• Relevant hospitality qualification (advantageous).
