Operations Area Manager

POSITION INFO:

Our client , a well estblished company is currently looking for an operations area manager to join their team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

? Training and mentoring of franchisees.
? Managing franchise operational and financial standards.
? Responsible for overseeing ± 12 stores.
? Procurement and stock management.
? Budgeting.
? Growing turnover and profit of stores.
? New business development and execution.

KEY SKILLS

? Strong Financial acumen.
? Self-motivated and result driven.
? A good understanding of stock inventory management.
? know their way around spreadsheets.
? Strong analytical skills.
? Good conflict management skills.
? Good communication skills.
? Work well under pressure and be able to meet deadlines.
? Excellent business writing skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

? Previous retail experience withs stable record would be advantageous.
