JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Management of escalated technical skills.
Operating manuals- technical and merchants
Deposit Manager, Smart Safe and Tamper Evident Bags
Field communications
Spares and consumables
Technical history reports
Billing
Reports – general
Site inspection
Vetting of Call Closures.

Qualifications:

Matric
Logistics/Supply chain and technical Diploma/ Degree advantageous

Experience and skills:

Understanding of SLAs
Microsoft office
Good record keeping skills
Computer literate
