SUMMARY:
Operational Administrator – NORTH JHB
Operational Administrator needed ASAP!!!! Our client in the services sector is looking to hire NOW!!!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role calls for a seasoned Administrator who will be responsible for managing and updating the company database.
Duties Include:

Monitoring the day technical calls on BizExtend and monitoring system
Ensuring all necessary corrective actions are taken in response to an unacceptable level of team performance
Follow-ups with suppliers and service providers
Recording of stock, usage, and deliveries
Drawing up of monthly billing requisitions
Adequate stocks of parcels in stock
Managing the ongoing deliveries
Record keeping
Monitoring of calls, emails, daily notifications, communication reports and comms exception reports
Provide feedback to KAM’s on all communication calls that were escalated that required urgent attention from operations
Ensure all necessary corrective actions are taken timeously in response to any unacceptable level of individual or team performance

The ideal candidate has the following

Matric
Diploma / Degree in Logistics supply chain and technical
Computer Literate
Advanced Microsoft office skills
Reporting & Recording skills
Understanding of SLA’s
Self-motivated and good attention to detail
Problem-solving skills
