Operations Administrator

POSITION INFO:
A dynamic organisation is seeking an Operations Administrator to support the effective delivery of technical services and client account management. This role serves as the link between customers, technical teams, and internal departments, ensuring that installations, maintenance activities, and service requests are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. 
The successful candidate will manage a dedicated portfolio of key accounts, coordinate project activities, oversee administrative processes, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance across operational functions. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while balancing client relationships, scheduling, and operational administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule technician appointments and service activities.
• Manage installations, upgrades, relocations, maintenance requests, and decommissioning projects.
• Provide clients with updates on service progress and technician schedules.
• Conduct quality control assessments and ensure service standards are maintained.
• Manage a portfolio of key client accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
• Attend client meetings and ensure account requirements are accurately captured and communicated.
• Act as the first point of contact for client escalations and service-related queries.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and handover documentation.
• Ensure all compliance and Health & Safety documentation is completed and maintained.
• Manage communications across multiple operational platforms.
• Support operational systems and administrative processes.
• Monitor certification renewals and compliance requirements for field staff.

Job Experience and Skills Required

• Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Coordination, or a related field will be advantageous.
• Experience in operations administration, project coordination, service delivery, or account management.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and handling service-related queries.
• Experience coordinating technical teams, field staff, or service providers.
• Exposure to compliance documentation and administrative controls.
• Experience working within fast-paced operational environments.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
• Excellent client service and stakeholder management skills.
• Project scheduling and coordination experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
