Operations Administrator

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow

• Manage customer inquiries, bookings, and service schedules

• Liaise with plumbers, electricians, and field staff to meet job requirements

• Prepare job cards, quotations, invoices, and supporting documentation

• Maintain accurate customer and job information

• Follow up on outstanding quotations, payments, and completed work

• Assist with stock control and ordering of plumbing and electrical materials

• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely deliveries

• Monitor job progress and communicate updates to clients

• Maintain administrative records and compile operational reports

• Handle general office administration and support management activities

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in operations or administration

• Strong ability to delegate and meet deadlines

• Accept responsibility and demonstrate accountability

• Experience in account management

• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail

• Proficiency in managing documentation and administrative records

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the plumbing or electrical services industry

• Knowledge of stock control systems
