• Matric / Senior Certificate

• Supply Chain or Logistics Qualification

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior management role.
• Minimum 3 years managing teams of 50+ employees.
• Experience within:
• Hospitality
• Food manufacturing
• Retail operations
• FMCG manufacturing
• Hotel operations
• Multi-site operations
• Valid drivers license

• Advanced Pastel Partner experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite proficiency.
• Payroll systems experience.
• Inventory management systems experience.
