Key Responsibilities

Partnering closely with operational teams to support business performance and efficiency
Preparing management accounts and operational financial reporting
Analysing operational performance and identifying cost-saving opportunities
Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Monitoring financial controls and ensuring process compliance
Assisting with financial planning and performance optimisation
Providing operational insights to support commercial decision-making
Identifying opportunities to improve financial and operational workflows

Job Experience and Skills Required

BCom Accounting
Proven accounting experience within an operationally focused finance role
Strong management accounting and financial analysis capability
Commercially minded with strong business acumen
Strong systems and Excel proficiency
Ability to work closely with operational stakeholders
Key Competencies
Operationally driven with strong commercial awareness
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Confident communicator who can engage across business functions
Proactive, solutions-focused, and hands-on
Able to work independently and take ownership
Strong attention to detail with a practical business mindset
