Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day operations across venues: scheduling, supplier liaison, and stock/ticketing systems support

Support the rollout of operational processes for new brand launches --- site setup coordination, launch-day logistics and staff briefing materials

Help document and maintain standard operating procedures, checklists and venue standards across the portfolio

Conduct regular venue visits to check operational and brand standards, and follow up on corrective actions

Track budgets, invoices and purchase orders, flagging variances against plan

Liaise with venue managers to resolve operational issues and ensure head-office initiatives --- including marketing campaigns and promotions --- land smoothly on the ground

Provide general administrative support to the operations and marketing functions

Maintain weekly and monthly performance dashboards per venue and brand: footfall, ticket sales, average spend, conversion and cost lines

Track marketing campaign and promotion performance --- redemptions, ticket sales uplift and spend vs budget --- and evaluate return on spend

Compile post-campaign and post-launch reviews with clear findings on what worked, what didn't and recommended changes

Monitor customer feedback across reviews and surveys, tracking ratings by venue and reporting recurring themes

Monitor competitor activity and pricing, and flag relevant developments to the General Manager

Prepare accurate, well-presented reports and analysis for management meetings
