What You'll Do

As a Solar Operations & Maintenance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our solar energy systems. Your responsibilities will include:

Monitoring & Diagnostics: Use advanced software tools to monitor the performance of solar arrays and identify any issues.
Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to maximize system uptime and efficiency.
Data Analysis: Analyze performance data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
