SUMMARY:
Our client is a national leader in providing refrigeration and cooling solutions to the commercial sector. They have a vacancy for a go-getter Operations & Admin Controller to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining and updating fuel spreadsheet
  • Monthly Technician reports
  • Disciplinary Hearings / HR duties
  • Financial duties such as debtors, petty cash, quotations, and invoices
  • Sales & Marketing
  • Correspondence with new potential clients
  • Courtesy calls & cold calling
  • Weekend and week standby – Friday to Friday (per phone)
  • Maintenance SLA’s (service level agreements)
  • Daily call outs – log call via Eworks online
  • Quotations on work to be completed
  • People management, Team building, Project and Service delivery
  • Build and manage technicians
  • Act as “come to person”, leader, coach, by phone/on site for challenging issues
  • Tool, vehicle inspections and van checks
  • Conduct bi-annual performance reviews on technicians
  • Determine development areas for skills improvement
  • Job allocation of technicians
  • Picking slips & purchase order
 
Requirements:
  • Matric certificate
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
  • No tolerance approach
  • Organised and focussed
  • Able to multi-task
  • Good customer service
  • Experience on Hub doc and Eworks will count in your favour
