SUMMARY:
Do you have an accounting background but want to take on a more operational role? A leading FinTech company is seeking a dynamic and energetic Operational Accountant to join their operations team.

You will support operational processes, provide customer assistance, and work closely with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve service efficiency. Your keen attention to detail and analytical approach will be essential in identifying process enhancements and resolving operational challenges.

POSITION INFO:
Education:
- Finance Degree

Skills/Experience required:
- 2+ years of accounting or similar experience in finance.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in e-commerce, payments, or financial services is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills
- A logical approach to troubleshooting and resolving operational issues

Job Description:
- Helping oversee operational aspects of the payment service offering.
- Assisting in the execution of operational projects within the payments function.
- Working closely with compliance teams to ensure alignment with regulations and internal policies.
- Tracking service performance and proactively resolving operational issues.
- Providing customer support by managing inquiries and facilitating issue resolution.
- Analyzing operational data and creating reports to monitor performance and identify trends.
- Collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
- Assisting with communication efforts to keep clients informed about updates and new features.
- Providing support to internal teams in resolving technical or operational issues impacting accounts.
