Onsite Technician

POSITION INFO:

This position will be responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of information systems, including but not limited to voice, data, and wireless network services within the company. The successful candidate will take responsibility for troubleshooting network, hardware and software related issues and possess the ability to learn on the job and solve complex problems quickly due to the nature of the business. As this position also provides onsite client support it is required that the candidate has a valid driver’s license
Minimum qualification requirements and skills:

• Qualification (BCom or BTech or Matric (Grade 12) or any other relevant qual)
• Microsoft Desktop Certifications – MCSE/MCITP (or similar)
• IT/Telecommunication industry experience
• Valid driver’s license essential
• Network setup and maintenance experience
• Backup setup, maintenance and restore experience
• 3 – 5 years in same / or similar role
