SUMMARY:
Onsite Support Technician

POSITION INFO:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Onsite Support Technician to join our technical support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing onsite support for Enterprise Servers, Storage, and Networking (ESSN) solutions, ensuring excellent service delivery and adherence to customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This role is ideal for a technically strong professional with a passion for customer service and IT infrastructure support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide onsite technical support for enterprise server, storage, and networking solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software-related issues.
Manage and maintain customer relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Support and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and extended warranty services.
Liaise with clients to understand their IT infrastructure requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate reporting and attend monthly KPI and performance review sessions.
Ensure all customer interactions and documentation meet professional company standards.
Continuously develop technical knowledge through training and certification programs.

Requirements

Matric (Grade 12).
Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology.
CompTIA A+ and N+ certifications.
MCP or MCSE certification.
Minimum 5 years'' experience in IT hardware and software support.
Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments.
Vendor certifications in Dell, HP, Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, Adobe, or related technologies will be advantageous.
